Quilt Patchwork Patterns
I am looking for fabric with a swimming theme, preferably female?
My granddaughter is on a swimming team and I would like to make her a quilt using fabric with a swimming theme. I do not want a cartoon-like pattern but one that is realistic. I have searched the internet, but unsuccessfully. Thank you for any help you can provide.

- You're going to have a difficult time finding a "realistic" swimming themed print fabric. There are several illustrated prints, including one of swimwear hanging on a clothesline that might be appropriate for your granddaughter. The others I've seen have all been geared toward older women - "bathing beauties" in swimming caps and ruffles. Here's a link to eBay's current list of swimming oriented cotton fabrics, and that clothesline print I mentioned. Good luck.
