Contact the manufacturers of the supplies you want to carry. Many of them have websites with areas for retailers. I don't know about beading supplies (although I assume it would be the same), but for quilt fabric, the owners of the quilt shops I visit receive books from the fabric companies and they usually order online. Be sure you have your business set up before you start contacting the companies - you'll probably need a tax ID number before they'll sell anything to you. There's a link below as an example.
