Quilt Patchwork Patterns - need to know who much material to make a queen size quilt?

need to know who much material to make a queen size quilt?

I embrodied 6 18/18 square blocks and will cut 6 plain blocks to go with it but need to know how much material to complete for queen size quilt.

To answer I need a few more specifics. Are you going to use a sashing ? ( border around each square), If so how wide will these be? Are you going to have a border around the whole quilt ? Are you going to use this as the backing fabric? Wish I could give you the answer without the info , but I want to give you a good answer.
